In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No.366 of 2018, G.R. No. 7676 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that when the informant received information that his sister was being assaulted by the accused persons, then he reached there and saw that his sister was lying dead on the earth. It is further alleged that Shashi Bhushan Kumar, his mother, Nanad Alka Devi and Lalas Devi have tortured his sister for demand of dowry due to which his sister was killed. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11444 of 2019(2) dt.26-02-2019 2/2 case of Shashi Bhushan Kumar in B.P. No. 164/19, it has been recorded that door of the room was locked from inside in which the dead body of the deceased was found and no external injury except hanging was found on the person of the deceased and the court below has granted bail to the husband of the deceased. In the present case, the petitioners are Nanad and Gotni of the deceased and they are/were not residing along with the husband of the deceased.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateVIII, Patna, in connection with Beur P.S. Case no.366 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
