Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Substantial claim of the petitioner is for payment of 7th central pay commission.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to show that till date there is any decision extending the 7th central pay commission to the petitioner's organization, based on which he can seek enforcement of any right to receive such payments as of today.

There are certain other dues also which he claims

Patna High Court CWJC No.3243 of 2023(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 are due from the respondent-Authorities. The same are dearness allowance, gratuity and annual increments.

5.

With respect to these dues, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the authorities.

6.

If the petitioner makes his application within 4 weeks, the Managing Director (Respondent No.4) shall take a final decision and pay the amounts found due and admissible within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order along with the representation.

Writ application is disposed of.
