=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.1.2015 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge II, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 154 of 1999 arising out of Bela P.S. Case No. 1 of 1993.

The Petitioner undertakes to examine all his witnesses within fifteen days.

In view of such, the Petitioner is directed to produce the witnesses before the Additional Sessions Judge II, Sitamarhi, in Sessions Trial No. 154 of 1999 arising out of Bela P.S. Case No. 1 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5088 of 2015 dt.26-03-2015 2/2 1993 so as to prevent miscarriage of justice. The Trial Court is directed to grant 15 days time within a week from the date of receipt of this order for production of witnesses on behalf of the Petitioner failing which no further adjournment shall be granted by him.

With this observation, the application stands disposed off.
