Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. is of robbery against unknown. Name of the petitioner had transpired in the confessional statement of coaccused. Submission is that petitioner is in custody since 03.09.1996 and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade. The impugned order reveals that the Court-below has perused the case-diary.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4129 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2017 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/Successor Court, in connection with Darbhanga Town P.S. Case No.35 of 2016.
