The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with G.O. Case No. 09 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 425 liters of illicit liquor from the house of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner has a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 14.01.2019.
