Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the land in question in the present writ petition is also the subject matter of partition suit no. 17 of 2017, which is pending in the Court of Sub-Judge, Shahpur, Patori.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to move before the appropriate forum after disposal of the partition suit no. 17 of 2017.
