Sanjay, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw both the writ applications with liberty to take recourse to the statutory remedy of appeals available to the petitioner.
Both the writ applications are, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. In case such appeals are filed within a period of four weeks from today along with applications for condonation of delay in filing the same then the appellate authority shall consider the matters keeping in view the fact that the petitioner has been pursuing its remedy before this Court.
