====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The present writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to make payment of the outstanding balance amount of Rs. 1,35,946/- which is pending on account of the transportation work undertaken by the petitioner pertaining to lifting of rice from the godown of the respondents and transporting the same during the period 2013-14. The limited prayer of the petitioner is to grant him liberty to approach the respondents authority for payment of the aforesaid admitted outstanding dues.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.847 of 2019(3) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent No. 2 i.e. The District Manager, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Limited, Vaishai (Hajipur) by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a representation is filed, the respondent No. 2 shall dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
