The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 323, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
During the occurrence of assault, the petitioner is said to have caused injury on the ear of the informant with farsa. Submission is that there is a case and counter case. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. The doctor has found simple injury.
Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner since 17.10.2016, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- each with
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4130 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 137 of 2016.
