Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 134 of 2016 registered under Section 25 (1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and this is a case of plantation. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.10.2016. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
