JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-03-2016 Keeping in mind the view expressed by the Delhi High Court in the case of Dhruva Parate versus C.B.S.E. & Anr., decided on 23.03.2009 as well as the case of Dr. Jebby Iype Kuriakose Moolayil versus The Central Board of Secondary Education (C.B.S.E.) and Anr., decided on 10th of October, 2014, the writ application is allowed for similar reasons.

C.B.S.E. is directed to correct the name of mother of the petitioner in the certificate issued by them. Annexure-1, dated 11.01.2016, rejecting such a prayer, as time barred, is set aside.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3905 of 2016 dt.28-03-2016 2/2 Such correction must be carried out within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication / production of a copy of this order.

Writ application is allowed.
