JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 02/ 26.02.2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barharia P. S. case no. 333/2014 registered under sections 147, 148,323, 452, 380, 295, 295A of the IPC.

Admittedly, cousin brother of informant lodged Barharia P. S. case no. 64/2014 in respect of kidnapping of his daughter against some other persons and in the aforesaid case, petitioners were not made accused.

The accusation against these petitioners in the present case is that they pressurized informant of the present case for demolishing Barharia P. S. case no. 64/2014 by giving evidence in favour of accused persons of that case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7351 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in Barharia P. S. case no. 333/2014 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
