JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 304, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

The prosecution case is that the petitioner came at the shop of the informant, abused by calling caste name, made assault and taken away Rs. 1000/- from the shop of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner also lodged Biroul P.S. Case No. 78 of 2014 levelling accusations under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 354, 325 of the Indian Penal Code against the informant's side.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6889 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 Considering the nature of accusation, it is a case for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Biroul P.S. Case No. 56 of 2014, pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biroul, Darbhanga.

With the observations above, the application stands disposed off.
