This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jalalpur PS Case No. 179 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.
In the instant case, total 220 litres of liquor was seized from the car. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that he has no criminal antecedent and has no concern with the seized liquor. He also submits that the car does not belong to the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2019.
Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl.
