JUSTICE RAJIV ROY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2023 On call, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner although Mrs. Archana Palkar Khopde appears on behalf of the Patna Municipal Corporation as also Mr. Shiv Kumar, learned AC to GA 3, who represent the State.
The present contempt petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 19.06.2018 passed in CWJC No. 472 of 2017 by which the Patna Municipal Corporation was directed to regularize the services of the petitioner. Mrs. Khopde, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the P.M.C. took this Court to the show cause on behalf of the
Patna High Court MJC No.4973 of 2018(9) dt.06-07-2023 2/2 opposite party nos. 2 and 3 with specific reference to paragraph 5 to show that the petitioner has been regularized with effect from 01.02.1991 i.e. from the date the similarly situate employees were regularized.
The said show cause was filed on 05.12.2022 has not been rebutted and/or any rejoinder is on record. This Court is convinced that the order stands complied.
The MJC No. 4973 of 2018 stands disposed of.
