JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-07-2022 The short prayer made by the petitioner in the present case is to direct the respondents to remove encroachment made by the encroachers over the land appertaining to Khata No. 1166, Plot No.4217, area 4.02 decimal situated in villagePiprarhi Tole Muneherva, Thana No. 81, Block-Bajpatti, District-Sitamarhi.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Circle Officer, Piprarhi, District-Sitamarhi for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner makes

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
