The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 4/8 of the POCSO Act and Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. As per prosecution case, informant alleged that on 28.12.2022, he along with police party raided three hotels and arrested many ladies and gent along with petitioner, who is said

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. She has committed no offence. He submitted that the petitioner has no concern with Laxmi Kumari, who has apprehended on spot in hotel and her statement, which was recorded by the police. Petitioner did not force anyone to engage in illegal flesh trade rather police on suspicion arrested her. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition. He further submitted that the other co-accused has already been granted bail by this Bench vide order dated 28.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15434 of 2023. She is languishing in judicial custody since 19.12.2022.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner being a lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VI-cum-
