JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 15-12-2015 The final position with regard to the dispute raised by the petitioner in preparation of the panel for appointment as "Kisan Salahkar" in the District of Saran at Chhapra, has finally taken shape in terms of Annexure-I annexed with the 4th Supplementary Counter Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents. The Committee after removing all the anomalies and dealing with the objections, if any, and infirmities in the previous list has notified the names in the panel.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3137 of 2015 dt.15-12-2015 directed to issue the appointment letters to the empanelled candidates, but he has also been saddled with the responsibilities of verifying the certificates of the candidates closely.

Now that the dispute has been taken to its logical end with regard to preparation of the panel. It is hoped and expected that the District Agriculture Officer will carry out the direction of the Committee, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of the order.

Writ applications stands disposed of in terms of the above.
