The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 322 of 2021 arising out of Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR, one Lucy Devi has filed the present FIR about killing of her husband Govind Paswan. She has made four persons as named accused in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant has not disclosed the name of the petitioner in the FIR rather his name has figured in this case by the confessional statement of the named accused of the FIR. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12313 of 2022(2) dt.30-06-2022 2/2 17.9.2021. Charge sheet has already been filed and he has clean antecedent. He further submits that due to village politics, his name has figured in this case. He has categorically stated in paragraph 12 of this petition that specific allegation of committing murder is upon Manbodh Paswan only. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. In the present facts and circumstances of this case that petitioner is not named in the FIR and having clean antecedent. He is in custody since 17.09.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed, let the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/-(Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions JudgeIX, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Session Trial No. 322 of 2021 arising out of Dinara (Bhanas) P.S. Case No. 182 of 2021.
