The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 1000 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on under Sections 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code was also added. As per the prosecution case, one stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the house of Satish Chaudhary. Satish Chaudhary confessed his crime and gave the name of the petitioner thereafter, the house of the petitioner was raided where one more stolen motorcycle was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2022 and he is accused in two more case of theft.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer

Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing one year in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 1000 of 2022. The petitioner will visit concerned Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
