The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction to the respondents specifically to respondent No. 4 to register the document regarding absolute sale deed presented by the petitioner on 01.06.2022 which is still pending in the office of respondent No.4 and any other relief/ reliefs for which petitioner is entitled on the basis of facts and circumstances of the case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
