Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 379, 406, 420, 504, 506, 120B, 34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioner being uncle of the informant let out the shop of the informant to Jitendra Kumar and Ashok Thakur.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the land in question was gifted by the father of the petitioner and in the revenue records his name has already been mutated.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.13138 of 2015 (2) dt.30-03-2015 2/2 Considering the accusation in the background of civil nature of dispute, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 410 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
