The petitioner seeks bail in Rosera P.S. Case No.418 of 2019, registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

From the house of the petitioner, 11.875 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.01.2020.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner, namely, Moni Paswan @ Mohan Paswan is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S.
