JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were granted privilege of anticipatory bail with direction to surrender before the court below within four weeks from 12.02.2015 but due to some unavoidable circumstance, they could not surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai within the stipulated period . In the aforesaid circumstance, petitioners are directed to surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai/ concerned court in connection with Halsi P.S.Case No. 105 of 2013 within four weeks from today and if, they do so, the concerned court shall proceed with the case in accordance with the order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34064 of 2014.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14468 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 The order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34064 of 2014 stands modified to the above stated extent.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of. Let this order be communicated to the concerned court through FAX/ E.Mail without any delay.
