The petitioner is in custody since 11.03.2017 in connection with Special Excise Case No. 232 of 2017 arising out of K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, is in custody since 11.03.2017.

No.19743 of 2017 (2) dt.04-05-2017 2/2 Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Purnea in connection with Special Excise Case No. 232 of 2017 arising out of K. Nagar (Sri Nagar) P.S. Case No. 94 of 2017.
