The petitioner is accused in connection with Excise Case No. 94 of 2020 arising out of Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act.

The accusation is of recovery of 30 litres country made liquor, kept in a tube, from the motorcycle, which was being driven by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

No.10170 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 4th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Excise Case No. 94 of 2020 arising out of Agiaon (Garhani) P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
