Though the present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay arrears as well as current salary of the petitioners but learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have also moved before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Katihar (hereinafter referred to as the 'Authority') in Appeal No. 15 of 2015 filed by petitioner no. 2 and Appeal No. 22 of 2015 filed by petitioner no. 1, which is pending.

3. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the appeal may be directed to be disposed off.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees to such proposition.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Authority to dispose off Appeals No. 15 of 2015 and 22 of 2015 expeditiously and in any case, within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before it.
