2. The present application has been filed for restoration of Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1134 of 2016, which stood dismissed due to non compliance of order dated 10.10.2018, granting time till 31.10.2018 to the petitioner to convert the appeal into a Criminal Revision petition under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

3. In view of the observation of the Court in its order dated 10.10.2018, we are not inclined to pass any order with regard to restoration of Miscellaneous Appeal No. 1134 of 2016. Suffice to say that the interest of the petitioner stands protected
