Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks after complete start of the physical Court. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. Allegation is of recovery of one country made loaded pistol along with one live cartridge and Rs.38,000/- from the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2021, charge-sheet has been submitted and has antecedent of three cases. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner because of his antecedent was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12007 of 2022(2) dt.15-06-2022 2/2 falsely implicated in the present case and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with K.
