JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.124 of 2019, registered for the offence under Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Serious allegation has been made against the petitioner that he along with co-accused Md. Kausar kidnapped the daughter of the informant and committed rape upon her one by one on the threat of life, which has been corroborated by the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C.
