Patna High Court CWJC No.3354 of 2014 (2) dt.09-03-2015 Mukhiya under Section 18(5) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006.

Though prima facie this Court is not convinced to grant indulgence to the relief directed against a mere recommendation but since none appears on behalf of the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
