The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Lauriya P.S. Case No. 100 of 2019, dated 26.05.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 354(B) and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of the fact that the petitioner having been noticed under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C. by the police, this case is being disposed off with the observation that in case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22194 of 2021(3) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 he surrenders before the Court below and seek bail, the Court below shall take into account that he has never misused the privilege of police bail and shall pass orders in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the fact that the present anticipatory bail application has not been entertained by this Court.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed off.
