1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed against the order dated 05.12.2023 passed in Arms Case No. 33 of 2023 whereby and where under the learned District Arms Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara has rejected the application of the appellant in a Mechanical manner and without application of mind."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the order dated 05.12.2023, passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in Arms License Case No.33 of 2023, by filing appropriate appeal. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate appeal is filed by the petitioner, before the Appellate Authority, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered on merits and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
