The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that a stolen Bolero vehicle was recovered from one Dilip Singh, who suggests that he purchased the said vehicle for a price of Rs. 3,25,000/-, but this fact was not verified by the learned court below, which gets reflected from the impugned order. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no document with regard to transfer of the vehicle in the name of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 211 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.

The bail bond of the petitioner will be accepted provisionally till it is verified that there is no document with regard to the vehicle ever being registered in the name of the petitioner or the petitioner has transferred the said vehicle to co-accused Dilip Singh.
