JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-08-2016 Since the examination for the session 2014-16 is already over which was held since 15.02.2016, the writ application has become infructuous. In the counter affidavit it is evident that the reason for denial of permission for the petitioner to participate in the examination was that he is holder of a diploma and not the Intermediate degree. It is yet another issue for which petitioner will have to launch a legal battle, if he so wants. Writ application is dismissed.
