JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 05-01-2022 Heard the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Barauli P.S. Case No. 163 of 2020 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323,328,376, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into considerations the statement recorded of the prosecution under Section 164 Cr.P.C., I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
