JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 337, 379, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is of making assault to the informant and his family members.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of the informant has been found to be simple, there is counter version of the occurrence and in the background of land dispute the accusation has been levelled.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or
