The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015, registered under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Bira Nut, but no incriminating material has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 03.01.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10062 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 83 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parent/close relative of the petitioner.
