JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ nature of mandamus for direction to respondents for considering for grant of the ACP to the petitioner as he is entitled for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dynamic ACP, same has not been considered as yet.

(ii) For further issue direction to respondents for considering the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5010 of 2024(2) dt.25-04-2024 2/3 application of the petitioner for grant of the ACP as other similarly situated persons have been considered by the letter dated 2007-2020 18.8.2021.

(iii) For further issue direction to respondents grant benefit of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th dynamic ACP and pay the its arrear along with the interest to the date of full and final payment to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.6, i.e. the Chief Executive Officer-cum-Deputy Development Commissioner, Zila Parishad, Siwan, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.6 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.
