ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 11-03-2015 An application for modification has been filed for extension of time granted vide order dated 21.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32428 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order in question was received in the Court below only on 03.02.2015 which prevented the petitioner for furnishing his bail bond in time.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays two weeks time so as to enable him to appear in the Court below and furnish his bail bond.

Two weeks further time is granted to him.

Let the petitioner surrender within a period of two weeks from today in compliance with the order dated 21stJanuary, 2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32428 of 2014 by this Court. (Anjana Mishra, J) Sudha/- U T
