The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No.15/17 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 830 pauches each containing 200 ml. of country made liquor ment for Jharkhand kept in heap of the straw in the orchard situated near the house of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from the F.I.R, itself it would appear that the said liquor was recovered from the outside of the house of the petitioner. He has been

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.,Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.S.Case No.15/17.
