Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The cheque amount of some other person was transferred in the bank account of this petitioner which was subsequently rectified on the petition of Ganesh Ram. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui/successor Court in connection with Jhajha Police Station Case No. 48 of 2017, subject to the condition that

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18435 of 2017 (2) dt.24-04-2017 2/2 the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
