Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the State and the informant.

The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No.66 of 2022 instituted under Sections 419, 420, 376 of Indian Penal Code under Section 4/8 of POCSO Act and under Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 of Immoral Trafficking Act 1956 lodged on 28.12.2022 by the informant Nirmal.

As per the FIR, on the basis of secret information regarding running Sex racket, the informant with other police official raided the Hotel Anita, Hotel Paradise and Hotel Vishnavi situated on station road and apprehended many male and female from different rooms of aforesaid Hotels. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14968 of 2023(3) dt.22-06-2023 2/2 that the petitioner is a lady and owner of one of the said Hotels. The Hotel was being run by the manager and other staff and the alleged nefarious activities were being done without her consent and knowledge.

Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO, Buxar in Mahila Police Station Case No. 66 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
