The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 447 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 358 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding unknown miscreants having snatched mobile phone of the informant and the petitioner is subsequently said to have been apprehended by the police.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and though the petitioner is accused in one other case, but he is on bail in the said case. It is further submitted that no recovery has been made from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12887 of 2019(2) dt.05-03-2019 2/2 stated to be languishing in custody since 28.11.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 447 of 2018.
