This application for regular bail arises out of Bakhari P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, disclosing the offence under Sections 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. From the premises belonging to the petitioner, the Police are said to have recovered 288 bottles of illicit foreign liquor. The Police had conducted the raid on a secret information that the petitioner and other co-accused Raja Ray were indulging in illegal trade of foreign liquor. Considering the fact that the recovery of huge quantity of liquor has been made from a place belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to
