The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Govt. Official Case No. 157 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

In view of the fact that the recovery is from the son of petitioner no.1 and brother of petitioner no.2 and the entire family has been made accused in this case.

Under the above facts and circumstances, let above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of
