JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-02-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 264 of 2018 dated 17.11.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 186, 189, 332, 353, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the age of the petitioner and the nature of accusation against her which is more in the nature of being abusive, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each
