2. This writ application has been filed for payment of compensation against acquisition of 25 decimals of land of Plot No. 2742 under Khata No. 38 Mauja Mathura Sultanpur Pachkatiya Anchal Bidupur, District Vaishali.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that the land in question was acquired vide Land Acquisition Case No. 03/201819 on 31.10.2018 by the competent authority for development of six lane of Ganga Bridge Road No. 30 to connect Highway 103 at Vaishali. He next submits that till date compensation has not been paid to the petitioner and in this connection he has filed an application before the respondent No. 3 on 10.04.2018.

4. Considering the prayer made by the petitioner, this

Patna High Court CWJC No.5034 of 2020(2) dt.30-10-2023 2/2 writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to dispose of aforesaid application of the petitioner in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production/receipt of copy of this order.

5. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
