After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.03, i.e. the Circle Officer, Bhagwanpur, DistrictBegusarai for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
