This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Baniyapur P.S. Case No. 372 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners are assailants of the deceased, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
